Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be able to return it in accordance with the terms below.

1. 14-Day Returns

You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you must send the goods back to us within a further 14 days.

The returned item must be handled with reasonable care. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the item.

2. Return Conditions

Where possible, returned items should be:

• Unused and in resalable condition

• Returned with their original packaging and accessories

• Returned with any included manuals, labels or other materials

• Properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under UK consumer law.

Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the damaged or incorrect item so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4. Return Postage

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is normally responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless we have agreed otherwise.

If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise does not conform to the contract, we will cover the reasonable return costs where applicable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned goods, we will inspect them and process your refund.

Where you exercise your statutory cancellation right, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of the standard delivery option you originally paid for. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, we are only required to refund the cost of the standard delivery service.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you have agreed otherwise with us.

We will issue the refund within the applicable legal timeframe and, where required, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving appropriate evidence that they have been sent back.

6. Items Excluded From the 14-Day Cancellation Right

Certain products may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right where permitted by UK law. This can include:

• Personalised or custom-made products

• Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly

• Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

• Certain sealed audio, video or software products once unsealed

• Other products or services specifically excluded by applicable law
